Partner with us

A dialysis partner your team can count on.

Clear contracts, fast onboarding, dependable coverage and survey-ready documentation. What nursing leaders, case managers and supply chain teams need to evaluate a dialysis provider, in one place.

Partnership

Contract dialysis without the runaround.

Many hospitals, long-term acute care hospitals and rehab facilities don’t run an in-house dialysis program. Texas Acute Dialysis Services (TADS) provides more than bedside dialysis coverage: trained nurses, equipment, water system management and regulatory support from one partner, without the fixed cost of a dedicated unit.

As a small, locally owned provider, we keep the relationship simple: a single accountable partner, service levels written into your agreement, and invoices your accounts-payable team can reconcile easily.

FAQ

Questions hospitals ask us.

Which dialysis services do you provide?

Acute and chronic inpatient hemodialysis are our core services. We also provide continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE), peritoneal dialysis (PD) and isolation treatments, all backed by integrated biomedical and water system support.

How quickly can you start a stat treatment?

We provide 24/7 on-call coverage, with rapid stat response. The service levels we commit to are written into your agreement.

What hours do you cover?

We’re on call 24/7, 365 days a year. Scheduled treatments are planned with your unit around the nephrologist’s orders, and stat and after-hours requests are covered around the clock.

Who performs the treatments?

Registered nurses experienced in acute hemodialysis. We verify each nurse’s license and competencies before they treat any patient, and give you their credentialing documents.

Do you handle water systems and equipment?

Yes. Integrated biomedical and water system support is part of the TADS partnership: dialysis water system oversight, RO performance monitoring, monthly water quality review, culture and endotoxin compliance tracking, AAMI chemical testing coordination, preventive maintenance coordination, equipment reliability management and emergency technical response support. Full-service programs also include dialysis machines, portable reverse-osmosis water treatment and supplies. We review your water supply, drains and electrical during onboarding.

What is the Preferred Partner Water Management Program?

An exclusive water system management program for our long-term partners, designed to lower your annual water management expense while maintaining quality, compliance and patient safety. The first 90 days of water management are included during transition. Ask us for a savings estimate for your facility.

How is documentation handled?

Our RNs chart each treatment in your EMR (or on facility-approved flowsheets if you prefer) and give the bedside nurse a hand-off report after every treatment.

How does billing work?

We invoice your facility directly under your agreement, itemized by treatment date and treatment type. Pricing and payment terms are set out in your agreement before the first treatment.

Can you support our survey readiness?

Yes. TADS provides ongoing support to maintain regulatory readiness, including documentation review, equipment compliance, water quality oversight, and preparation for CMS/AAMI-related reviews. Water testing logs, equipment maintenance records, competency files and treatment records are available to you for CMS, Joint Commission and Texas HHSC surveys, and for your QAPI program.

What do you need from us to get started?

A short call about your patient volume and units, a walk-through of the treatment areas, and your vendor credentialing packet. We handle the rest of the setup with your team.
