Built by dialysis professionals.
Texas Acute Dialysis Services was founded in 2022 by a group of like-minded dialysis professionals with a shared vision: to help healthcare providers navigate their dialysis programs, achieve better outcomes and save money. Together, we bring more than 30 years of combined dialysis experience across home hemodialysis, in-center hemodialysis, acute inpatient dialysis, peritoneal dialysis (PD), continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) and skilled nursing facility (SNF) dialysis programs.
That breadth shapes how we work. We know how dialysis in the ICU differs from dialysis in a rehab facility, how an admission feels to a patient who normally dialyzes at home or in a center, and what it takes to keep treatment safe in each of those settings. We also know what nursing leaders need from a dialysis partner: people who show up, communicate clearly and keep their commitments.
Our team has helped programs successfully pass multiple regulatory audits and surveys, and we bring much-needed experience to every program we support. It’s why we built TADS to be more than bedside coverage. Safe dialysis depends on three things working together: skilled clinical care, reliable equipment and water systems, and records that stand up to regulatory review. Our integrated partnership brings clinical excellence, biomedical expertise and regulatory compliance support together under one accountable team.
Better outcomes and responsible costs go hand in hand. Our Preferred Partner Water Management Program is one example: it’s designed to lower a facility’s annual water management expense while maintaining quality, compliance and patient safety.
Our mission and values grew out of that experience. Compassion, reliability, safety and partnership guide every treatment we deliver and every facility we serve across Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
